Finally Unwrapped

After four months of build, the scaffolding has finally been removed from the terrace revealing the street frontage. Still a lot to complete outside including glass balconies and rendered panels but these small one-bedroom townhouses are already sold.

The consensus is that the design fits neatly into the existing streetscape, adding a modern twist to a traditional terraced street. Praise that makes me feel that it has been worthwhile spending time on the design process to manage both the developers expectations and the Local Authorities constraints.

The internal fit out will commence now that the building is weatherproof. We are still on a tight deadline as the first house is to be handed over at end of June
